All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch and are in perfect order. Custom made boots are prepacked in packaging by the makers in Italy and form part of the unique experience.

Company policy is that refunds are in the form of a store credit unless items are proven faulty in which case the refund will be made to the same source the payment was originally made. Please notify us immediately upon opening the item from the packaging, take a photo and sends to us so we can match with our records as to how it was dispatched.

Refunds will not be made due to changing your mind, not liking the colour or deciding you don’t want the item anymore, so please take your time and choose carefully.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return time frame. If the size does not fit we will change the item for another size as long as the requirements for conditions are met. Returns are at clients expense.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached.
Shoes – please try on shoes for size only before wearing them as once they are worn they are deemed second hand and cannot be returned.
Note: if the packaging is damaged we will not accept an exchange as the packaging cannot be replaced and is part of the shoe experience by the custom makers in Italy.
Earrings – Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests earrings.
Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or the purchase and use of garments for the creation of content for personal or professional gains we may restrict or refuse future orders.

IF ITEM IS FAULTY?
We’re so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please email us at [email protected] so we can resolve this for you. We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or giving you a refund upon receiving your faulty item back.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above, and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 28 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we may not be able to not offer exchanges on all items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for an exchange or store credit.
